Shaun Ler

Associate Director

About Shaun Ler

Shaun is a Associate Director with more than a decade of experience in the financial advisory industry. He believes financial planning is ultimately about people - their families, responsibilities, aspirations, worries, and the future they hope to build.

His work is centred on helping clients make sense of the many moving parts in their financial lives. Rather than looking at protection, investments, retirement, cashflow, estate planning, and legacy as separate conversations, Shaun helps clients bring them together into one clearer and more purposeful plan.

He works with professionals, business owners, affluent families, and clients with more complex planning needs. Many of them are not simply looking for another product recommendation - they are looking for a trusted adviser who can think with them, challenge them when needed, and help them make better long-term decisions.

This next chapter allows Shaun to better support clients through a wider range of planning and investment solutions, including more bespoke and exclusive investment strategies where suitable. For Shaun, the move is ultimately about building a stronger advisory platform around clients’ evolving needs.

Before entering financial advisory, Shaun spent time in both the public and corporate sectors, including healthcare-related work with the Ministry of Health and account management with Roche Diagnostics. This gave him a strong appreciation for healthcare financing, long-term planning, and building relationships based on trust. He graduated with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore and was the Valedictorian of his Life Sciences cohort.

While he is grateful for the recognitions he has received over the years, Shaun believes the real measure of good advisory work is the trust clients place in him, and the confidence they gain from knowing their financial life is being planned with care, structure, and purpose.

His guiding belief is simple: financial planning is a profession about people, for people.
