Her service is excellent without any doubt. You cannot get another financial advisor like her. The most unforgettable episode is regarding a claim from G* insurer. I did not buy this policy from Ms Soh but another agent before I knew Ms Soh. My husband is a stroke patient and in the initial stage I submitted a claim against G* insurer for my husband's policy. G* insisted on an Attorney's letter from me for the claim. Ms Soh checked for me and it cost about $4,000.00 for the attorney's fee. Ms Soh said such a huge sum could be used to pay for my husband's rehab. therapy instead of paying the attorney. My G* agent did not do anything to help me. Instead it was Ms. Soh who helped me to write a letter to G* to get them to write to my husband's neuroscience doctor to confirm that he is of sound and logical mind and finally G* insurer paid us in full. I am very grateful and thankful to Ms Soh for helping me to save this $4,000.00. Now I am retired and not giving her any business but yet her services did not end. She is still giving me that excellent services, especially regarding insurance claims for my husband and myself, since we are not well versed with IT technology.
