“Throughout our session, Alson has made me realize the financial position I am currently in. To be honest, things were not as bad as i thought however could be better. He suggested me how I can optimize my funds to work harder in a risk managed ways. Speaking about risk management, he made me realize that investing and growing my funds are not only the P&L, its also about how are we diversifying our risk. Eg: Bonds and ETF are not correlated. Meaning that when sentiment of the market is bad, bonds may not be affected. His suggestions are also backed by concrete data rather than just suggestions based on trend. As a computer science background, data is what justify decisions which make me feel more advised. I couldnt really compare him to other financial planner as he is the only one I engaged with. However he is not pushy to introduce me to some financial product that benefits the agents more than the actual user. There are plenty of "financial product" up there are for agent's commission rather than for individual's actual growth. In this case, Alson did not sell me any product and customized a solution truly based on my need. His session is not really technical so definitely would recommend those who are new in the investing world to reach out to him. For myself, I have abit background about financial literacy hence we can discuss things out side of scope which is good. He is not stingy with knowledge and is willing to go above and beyond to answer your queries. Truly a great oppurtunity to expand your horizon with Alson :)”
